Chronic renal failure, due to diabetes or hypertension or pain killers need renal transplant. The patient then requires dialysis twice or thrice a week.

Dialysis procedure is mostly performed under Government scheme at free of cost or highly subsidized rate at Health and Care foundation  under supervision of a senior nephrologist.
